Dave Hause - Resolutions

Hey everyone, I’m Barlow. I’ll be the one on Song Journal duty this month and, fingers crossed, I’ll get you a new entry every day.

A quick bit about me: I’m 20 years old, I live in Manchester in the UK and I’m currently working on a journalism degree at the University of Chester. At the same time, I manage to write about music (over at Moon & Back Music) and co-host the Under The Bridge podcast (got to get those plugs in early!)

As for my first song choice, I just couldn’t resist being that little bit cliche. I could’ve gone with ‘100 Resolutions’, but I think I made the right choice. Not only that, but 2011 was the year I convinced myself that Dave Hause thought I was stalking him, so it seems appropriate…somehow. I’ll have to ask him.

What I’m trying to say is, Happy New Year!
